She's a hottie

We visited the Logan Temple on our way out of Logan and back to the great potato state of Idaho. I don't know how I'll ever be able to look as great as that crazy girl next to me.

The Logan Temple...

Well, since this was probably our last visit to Logan we took some pictures in front of the temple. It is such a beautiful day! We didn't want to leave to grounds, but all good things do have to come to end.

Our trip to Logan...

JeriAnn Lukens (my mission friend) is graduating this week and she and her husband are moving to Georgia. Sad for me... so Kristofer and I went down to Logan, to say goodbye and for Jeri and Matt to met Kristofer. We had a blast!! This is us (Jeri, Me, and Kristofer) at the bowling alley. It was disco and all the lights were out and the black lights were on. Thus, the craziness of the picture. My excuse for my horrible score is the lights were out. ;)

"The Girls!"

This was the last day of my visit. We all went to the mall, just us girls (mom too). I miss my sisters! I just can't believe all the changes that happen in life! At one moment we are all young at home and getting on each others nerves, then the next we're married (or getting married), having children; and all you really want to do is hang out with those siblings that you thought were so annoying. I am excited for Ashley to be moving out to Boise. It wont be close, but at least I cant go there for the weekend and be around family and feel that connection again. PS... Aren't we just so dang cute!!

Being home is so much fun ;)

So last week I was able to go home and visit with my family, just before summer semester was to start. I really loved being home, except for the stress that came along with it. Planning a wedding, a way form home is hard. We got all the bouquets together and even finally the bridesmaids dresses picked out. My family is so amazing in all they do. My little sister, Danielle, is the one who did my bouquet and helped the rest of us put together the bridesmaids'. That was fun, too (ish). ;) I love my family, Thanks for all the help!!

The ring isn't all that counts, but...

This here is a close up of the ring Kristofer and I picked out together. Isn't it beautiful? I am so grateful for him in my life! He is a blessing. We have so much fun together and we compliment each other so well. I seriously couldn't imagine my life without him. Kristofer, Thank you for all you have done for me and all that you continually do. I love you!

The Best Weekend Ever!

Hmmm...
Where to begin? Life has just completely turned and just keeps going faster and faster. This year has been, thus far, amazing. In March, Kristofer flew into Salt Lake City to meet my parents. That was just fun all in its own. We had tons of fun just hanging out down there. We went on a picnic, went ring shopping, had a fun/romantic dinner, went to a wedding Expo, and just enjoyed our time together and with my parents. On Sunday, March 18, 2007, Kristofer and I went up to the Bountiful Temple and walked the grounds. We sat on the stone which stated what temple it was and just talked. After a while, we got off the rock and decided to continue walking. As I was making my way down to the sidewalk, Kristofer grabbed my arm and pulled me into him, while saying, "Just hold on a minute." As I turned around toward him, he got down on one knee and ask, "Corrine, Will you marry me?" It was so incredible! The emotions were all there!! I too, got down on both my knees and said "Of course!" as I kissed him. As we walked down the sidewalk back to the car, a butterfly came off the temple grounds and fluttered across our path until we got to the car. (For those who don't know butterflies are my favorite, and Kristofer had my ring engraved. It says "Mi mariposa" meaning "My butterfly" in Spanish.)It was a beautiful sign and a great way to start our life as an engaged couple.
