Have you ever seen a recipe like this? (click on image to enlarge) it is actually called a formula or something like that. interesting, no? Thats ok, I never have seen one either until I began taking this Baking class with Kristofer. It is kinda confusing, but fun to do. We are to be making Amish Soft Pretzels in lab on Wednesday, so we thought we take a leap and try it at home first. Obviously they aren't going to be exactly the same because we dont have pastry flour or the other flour, but it was way fun!! definitely to BAKE!!!

This is what I wanted!! If you can't tell it is an upside down tomato planter with a little planter on top. I want to put herbs in it, so I can cook with fresh ingredients!! :) Kristofer almost bought it for me. It is $59.99 at Sam's club. But as with EVERYTHING Kristofer has to research on the thing. Luckily he found out a bunch of cool things, like when gardening what herbs/veggies should be planted together for flavor, what not to plant anywhere near each other, and what to plant to keep certain bugs away. Kristofer also found how to make an upside down plant instead of buying one. So this is our FHE project. We have two planters with two different kinds of tomatoes and on top there are basil, cilantro, green bell peppers, and curled parsley. YUMMY!! I am so excited!

94 days until baby is supposedly here!! I cannot believe it! This pregnancy feels as if it has flown by! But I cannot wait to be able to sleep comfortably again, to roll around without pain, to sleep on my tummy!! to wear clothes that dont make me look like a cow and to walk not waddle. Things to look forward to! ;) I cannot wait for our baby to be in our home to love, tickle, and cherish!

This is Kristofer with my three nieces... can you see what is on T.V? Spongebob... I can see it now. Our children all over Kristofer, while all of them are relaxing watching Spongebob. I laughed so hard when I saw this! These kids love their Uncle Kristofer! They always climb all over him when we come to visit, he is their personal jungle gym. :)

This weekend Kristofer and I are at my my sister, Ashley's house. We are having a blast. Saturday the Easter Bunny came and hid the girls' baskets. So they woke up to find them and when they did, they devoured the candy! :) Ashley's family does Easter baskets, hunts, and so forth on Saturday, so Sunday is about the Savior's resurrection. I love this idea!! Then Later they had an egg hunt... and devoured that candy too! :) It has been so fun to watch them! We all then helped clean out the garage, since Ash is moving at the end of this month. She gave Kristofer and I a BUNCH of baby stuff!! A crib, bouncer, car seat, swing, tons of baby clothes, tons of baby blankets, and baby shoes! I love Ashley SO much!! She has just saved Kristofer and I SO much money!! I would say there is over $500 of stuff in my car!!

My family is in Florida at Disney World... yup without ME!! Last year at this time they went on a cruise without me. If this becomes a pattern I will be so sad. Although, I am happy that they get to go and have fun!!
